The subject of the contract is the provision of telecommunications services (excluding the supply of telephones and modems) in the field of mobile telephony (including voice communication services, two-way data transmission and mobile Internet access) throughout the country, as well as in the European Union (EU) and beyond, for a period of 36 months corresponding to settlement periods, to judicial units, together with the supply of SIM cards (if applicable) and the current takeover mobile phone numbers used and launching new activations within the non-guaranteed pool.

1.The subject of the contract is the provision of telecommunications services (excluding the supply of telephones and modems) in the field of mobile telephony (including voice communication services, two-way data transmission and mobile Internet access) throughout the country, as well as in the European Union (EU) and beyond, for a period of 36 months corresponding to settlement periods, to judicial entities, including the supply of SIM cards (if applicable) and the current takeover mobile phone numbers used and launching new activations within the non-guaranteed pool, according to the list below:

1) free takeover of activations currently used by judicial units and launching subscriptions on them, in the amount indicated in Ch. II point 2.1.1) SWZ,

2) launching the non-guaranteed pool, within the number of monthly subscriptions, indicated in Chapter. II point 2.1.2) SWZ.

2.The number of activations specified in point 1) above will be transferred to the Contractor's network at a guaranteed level of 95%.

3.The limits indicated in point 2) above (non-guaranteed pool) include the issuance of new numbers, as well as the transfer and inclusion of numbers in the Agreement as part of the needs reported by judicial units at the stage of implementation of the Agreement. The launch of new activations for judicial units within the non-guaranteed pool (including activations previously taken over by them as part of the assignment from other entities and natural persons) will take place only if the activations in question no longer have loyalty agreements or any financial obligations towards the previous operator.

4.The list of telephone numbers covered by the proceedings and the number of new activations launched within the non-guaranteed pool from the start of the provision of services will be provided to the Contractor no less than 30 calendar days before the start of the provision of services.

9.The Contracting Authority, acting pursuant to Article 95(1) of the PPL, requires the Contractor or Subcontractor, on the basis of an employment relationship, to employ all persons performing the activities of the Coordinator and the Customer Assistant, on the terms and to the extent specified in the Model Agreement constituting Appendix. No. 5 to SWZ.
