The city of Nordhausen is planning to build a new fire brigade center for the joint use of professional, volunteer and youth fire brigades. The total size of the property is approximately 11 250 m 2nd .

The new building is divided into a main hall with 16 parking spaces, a side hall with 6 parking spaces, and an attached administrative clasp.

Workshops and a hose and training tower serve both the Nordhausen fire department and the surrounding fire departments.

The new building has a U-shaped area of approx. 2,750 m 2nd with an extent of approx. 90 m in the north and approx. 32 m in the south as well as a width of approx. 34 m in the east and 72 m in the west. The gross floor area is approximately 5,000 m 2nd , the BRI is approx. 25,000 m³.

The performance advertised here includes fire protection glazing in the interior.

A subdivision of this service into further lots is not planned (see point II.1.6.)).
