The project to create schools on the CERIA Campus, launched by Cocof several years ago, is entering its decisive phase: the first school, the Jules Verne School, will open its doors on 1.9.2021.
Given that construction work on this new school should not begin until spring 2021 and end in summer 2022, it is necessary to have provisional premises for the year 2021-2022.
The needs correspond to the rental of 13 modules, namely:
- nine class modules;
- a module intended for the teachers' room;
- a module intended for the educators' room;
- an office module to be partitioned, intended to accommodate the administrative office of the secretariat and management;
- a sanitary module to be partitioned into three parts: girls, boys, disabled people.
As mentioned above, these modules are essential for the start of the 2021-2022 school year, hence delivery and commissioning by the end of August 2021 at the latest. The modules must therefore be installed before this date in order to allow the various connections and their equipment to be made.
The rental period is estimated at sixteen months, i.e. until the end of December 2022, which will allow the Jules Verne School to gradually organize the transfer of its activities to the new construction.
Depending on the development of the construction work of this school and the fact that the monthly rental payments are provided in presumed quantities, the client reserves the right to increase or decrease the rental period without any prejudice.
The supplier will not be able to take advantage of any forfeiture in the event of even significant differences between the rental period estimated at sixteen months and the actual period of availability of these modulars.
