Scholengroep Over- and Midden-Betuwe is very happy to publish the (pre) announcement for the new construction project 'Over Betuwe College' in Elst (hereinafter: OBC Elst). The school board has the ambition to realize a low-maintenance and (very) sustainable school building, whereby at least BENG and Frisse Scholen Klasse B are achieved (for each part).

The school board is looking for a suitable contractor to further develop the Preliminary Design (VO) in a construction team context into a Ready-to-Use Design (UGO) and - under conditions precedent - to undertake implementation. There are the following two plots:

Lot 1: Architectural realization

Lot 2: Electrical engineering and mechanical engineering, including multi-year maintenance of installations

The Preliminary Design (VO) of the new school building comprises approximately 4 900 m2 GFA.

Scholengroep Over- en Midden-Betuwe intends to contract a contractor through a European restricted procedure to whom the contract for Lot 1 and / or Lot 2 will be awarded. It concerns the award of a construction team agreement to (under the applicability of the DNR 2011) further elaborate the VO in construction team into a UGO and, under suspensive conditions, the award of a Contract for Contract and Coordination Agreement (under the applicability of the UAV 2012) for the realization of the project and (only for lot 2) a maintenance contract for installations.
