The City of Kouvola invites tenders for the following open public transport services:

Traffic under the agreement will begin on the first day of the winter season 2023-2024 in Kouvola, which is 9.8.2023 and it will end on the day before the start date of the autumn term 2024 of Kouvola comprehensive schools.
