Introduction of bicycle leasing in accordance with the collective agreement

The municipal authority of the city of Kelsterbach is looking for a reliable leasing partner who will take over the administrative processing of the leasing and the provision of insurance and, on request, service and maintenance packages in digital processing for the entire contract period as part of the business bike leasing (according to TV bicycle leasing of 25 October 2020). The city of Kelsterbach concludes a framework leasing agreement with the contractor, in which the framework conditions for all future individual leasing contracts are defined. In addition, for each bicycle ordered by an employee, the city of Kelsterbach concludes an individual leasing contract with the lessor as well as a leasing contract with the respective employee, in which his/her rights and obligations with regard to the bicycle and in particular the leasing are regulated.
