Provision of cleaning services for Student Dormitories at: 15 Rejtana Street – Dorm No. 1, 13 Rejtana Street – Dorm No. 2, 11 Rejtana Street – Dormitory No. 3, Rejtana 5a-7a Street – DS. No. 4 in Koszalin

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning services for the facilities of Student Dormitories at: 15 Rejtana Street – Dorm No. 1, Rejtana 13 Street – Dorm No. 2, Rejtana 11 Street – Dormitory No. 3, Rejtana 5a-7a Street – DS. No. 4 in Koszalin to the extent specified in the Terms of Use and the price form constituting Appendix No. 3 to the Terms of Reference.

2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and technical requirements is included in Appendix 1 to the Terms of Reference.

3. The total floor area for daily cleaning at the date of initiation of the proceeding is 3964,70 m2

4. The total floor area to be cleaned once a month is 1691.12 m2

5. The total area of floors cleaned once a year is 14235.70 m2

The Contractor's duties include:

1.Codziennie :

a) cleaning of passageways in DS No. 1,2,3,4: vacuuming, sweeping,

washing, polishing and polishing floors.

(620.48 + 864.74 + 864.74 + 619.61 = 2,969.57 m2 area – terracotta)

b) cleaning of doors and glass panes in the entrance door to the dormitory on both sides. No. 1 ,2, 3, 4.

(7 pcs. – double-leaf; area – 3.66 + 5.4 + 5.4 + 5.4 + 5.4 + 7.63 + 7.63 = 40.52 m2)

c) cleaning of the external stairs at the entrance door in the dormitory. No. 1,2,3,4.

(4 pcs. - 21.49 + 16.48 + 16.48 + 13.86 = 68.31 m2 area)

d) cleaning and washing the internal and external doormats at the entrance door in the dormitory. No. 1,2,3,4. ( 8 pcs.)

(e) emptying bins and waste bins, replacing bags

for trash in the DS. No. 1,2,3,4.

f) cleaning of sanitary rooms in DS No. 1,2,3,4.

g) cleaning of kitchen rooms in DS No. 1,2,3.

h) cleaning of laundry and drying rooms in DS No. 1,2,3,4.

i) cleaning of elevators in dormitory no. 1,4 (for the disabled)

j) cleaning of guest rooms in dormitories no. 1, 2, 3 and 4, at the request of the administrator

also on Saturdays and Sundays.

k) change of bed linen in guest rooms (depending on needs)

2. Once a month:

a) cleaning of common rooms in dormitory no. 1,2,3.

b) cleaning of basements: passageways in the dormitories. No. 1,2,3,4. (50.98 + 165.48 + 165.48 +113.69 = 495.63 m2 area)

c) cleaning of basements in DS no. 1,2,3,4: technical rooms, bicycle rooms, social rooms.

d) cleaning of DDS administration offices and concierge in dormitory no. 1,2,3,4.

3. Twice a year (in the month of March and August):

a) cleaning windows in staircases, laundries and drying rooms in the dormitories. No. 1,2,3,4.

( 16+17+ 17+ 12 = 62 pcs.; total area = 130.20 m2 )

b) cleaning windows in administration offices, server rooms, concierges and common rooms

in DS No. 1,2,3,4 :

c) cleaning windows – double-sided in the corridors and kitchens in the dormitory. No. 1,2,3,4..

d) cleaning of lighting fixtures in corridors (including the basement)

and staircases in the dormitory. No. 1,2,3,4.

4. Once a year (from 15 June to 31 August):

a) cleaning rooms after the residents have moved out in the dormitory no. 1,2,3,4 (in the period from 15 June to 31 August): window cleaning, washing and polishing floors, washing and disinfecting sanitary facilities.
