Project management services according to AHO.

The city of Pinneberg plans to build a new school building for the elementary school Thesdorf in Pinneberg. It is to be replaced part of the building against a new building. A general planner has already been commissioned with the essential planning services in order to develop the necessary planning principles so that a subsidy for the measure can be applied for under the municipal investment promotion law II.

In this award procedure, project management offices with experience from similar activities are invited to participate in the competition on the following performance images.

The following procedure is carried out:

In phase 1, potential applicants are invited to participate and submit the application with the required supporting documents.

In phase 2, the requests to participate will be examined and the number of eligible candidates will be limited.

Phase 2 candidates will be invited separately for a negotiated procedure.

The allocation of planning services acc. HOAI is gradual.

The total construction costs of KG 200 to 700 are estimated at approx. EUR 10 million gross.
