South & City College Birmingham (SCCB) is a large further education college delivering a high quality further education provision at ten sites located from the centre of Birmingham to approximately 6 miles south of the City. The college is presently seeking to procure the services of a company that can demonstrate an in-depth understanding of our M&E plant, equipment and associated control systems and deliver an effective, compliant and efficient planned maintenance regime that is optimized to the needs of our students, staff and visitors.

The successful company will be a well established enterprise with highly trained engineers, specialist knowledge and the resources necessary to facilitate a responsive and customer focused service delivery. It is envisaged that a key element of the service provision will be the appointment of a designated Contracts Manager capable of liaising effectively with the Facility Managers and the Estates Manager.
