Moss municipality (business registration nº 944 383 476) and Rygge municipality (business registration nº 959 272 492) hereby invite tenderers to a tender contest for a framework agreement on the hire of digital safety alarms and supply of response centre services.

The objective of the procurement is to replace the existing analogue safety alarms with digital safety alarms, including adaptation for digital safety alarm packages in private homes, shared housing and institutions.

The objective of the contract is also to deploy response centre services adapted to the municipalities' requirements. The response centre shall receive, manage and communicate alarms from safety sensors and equipment. The Response centre shall be manned with personnel with health care experience in such a way that the dialogues with the users can be filtered, and where alarms requiring health professional follow-up can be seamlessly transferred to the municipality’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) “Gerica”.
