The subject of the contract is the service entitled "Promotion of the Lubuskie Voivodeship by air carriers operating from the Zielona Góra/Babimost airport to the F. Chopin airport in Warsaw and other international airports" on the route between the Zielona Góra Airport – Babimost (IEG) and Marsa Alam Airport (RMF) ↔ – as part of the holiday offer of travel agencies during 100 holiday and tourist stays, where the holiday and tourist stay is understood as a departure "there" and from "return" (100 rotations), throughout the term of the contract on the route: Zielona Góra (IEG) – Marsa Alam (RMF) – Zielona Góra (IEG),

in connection with the performance of air carriage carried out on the basis of an air charter agreement, in which the air carrier makes available to the charterer a certain number of seats for the purpose of carrying passengers – with the use of advertising media described in the Annex to the OPZ.
