The subject of the order is the successive provision of washing and disinfection services together with the collection for the needs of six organizational units of the Bydgoszcz District for a period of 12 months. Estimated quantities are in Annex 2 to the ToR.

1) General requirements:

a) The laundry service will be provided in accordance with:

- sanitary requirements for disinfection and washing processes depending on the type of laundry assortment, the degree of soiling, hygiene procedures.

b) The laundry in which the Contractor will perform the laundry service throughout the entire period of the contract duration will have hygienic conditions and technical facilities.

c) The Contractor throughout the entire duration of the contract will have means of transport divided into a dirty and clean zone or separate means of clean and dirty underwear approved by the State Sanitary Inspector.

d) The Contractor shall ensure the loading and unloading of the contract items for the entire duration of the contract at the price of the service.

e) The Employer allows the use of broad-spectrum detergents and disinfectants. All agents used for washing and cleaning the order's items should be allowed to market and have valid declarations or certificates of conformity and attestations. These products must not cause skin irritation or allergic reactions.

f) The washed assortment will be segregated by the Contractor (e.g. sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, etc., separately divided into assortment, blankets, pillows, quilts, etc.).

g) As part of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to maintain the appropriate technical and sanitary condition of the laundry.

h) The dirty assortment will be collected by the Contractor in accordance with the schedule (which will constitute an annex to the contract) for individual JOSW together with their external branches from the warehouse from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays.

l) The clean assortment will be delivered by the Contractor in accordance with the schedule as above in point ...

h) For individual JOSWs with their external branches to the warehouse from Monday to Friday, except public holidays.

m) The Contractor is obliged to agree with the Ordering Party an additional deadline for receipt of the dirty assortment and delivery of a clean one in the event of an extended holiday period (more than 1 public holiday in a row).
