In procurement, the aim is smooth and uncomplicated cooperation between the Client, the Service Provider and third parties. In service maintenance, service reliability, service response, usability, troubleshooting and problem solving services, information security, change management and risk management are important. If necessary, we cooperate with the service providers of the systems integrated into Peppi.
The cooperation will start with a short takeover project, during which the selected supplier will familiarise themselves with the Peppi software package and its technical implementation in order to be able to provide maintenance services of the highest possible quality in the future. In addition, during the takeover project, the Supplier will transfer the Peppi environment described in this invitation to tender from the current service provider to itself. The vendor attaches the preliminary takeover project plan as an attachment to the quotation. The supplier is responsible for the planning of the takeover project, project management and project documentation. The takeover project is described in Appendix 1: Requirement specification.
