1. The subject of the contract is the provision of early development support services for children as part of the comprehensive support program for families "For Life". Early development support services will be provided in the form of individual classes with children from birth to school. One hour of early development support is assumed to be a full clock hour (60 min.).
2. The estimated number of hours to be completed as part of the classes is in the range of 200 - 300 h
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of psychological therapy services for children as part of a comprehensive support program for families "For Life". Therapy services will be provided in the form of individual classes with children from birth to the time of starting school. One hour of therapy is a full clock hour (60 minutes). The estimated number of hours to be completed as part of psychological therapy classes is in the range of 200 - 300 hours.
2. The scope of duties of a specialist conducting individual psychological therapy for children includes:
- after being appointed to a team of specialists for a specific child, determining the directions and schedule of activities undertaken in the field of early support and support for the family,
- establishing cooperation with the institution where the child is covered by other therapeutic activities in order to ensure consistency of interactions,
- developing and implementing with the child and his family an individual program of early development support in the part intended for the psychologist therapist,
- organizing meetings and consultations for the child's parents, legal guardians of the child, actual guardians of the child,
- assessing the progress and difficulties in the functioning of the child, including identifying and eliminating barriers and restrictions in the environment hindering his activity and participation in social life,
- analysing the effectiveness of the assistance provided under the programme to the child and his or her family,
- making changes to the program in accordance with the current needs of the child and his family,
- planning further early support activities.
3. Obligation to work on the basis of an employment contract. The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor or Subcontractor for the entire period of performance of the subject of the contract employs on the basis of an employment contract within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labor Code persons performing the activities indicated in point 2. The length of the post must correspond to the time necessary for the employees to perform all the activities covered by the early development support service.
The above condition will be met by employing new employees under a contract of employment or appointing employees already employed by the Contractor to perform the contract.
The execution of the order by these persons is aimed at improving the quality and timeliness of the contract. Personnel employed on the basis of an employment relationship means greater availability of persons performing the contract towards the Contracting Authority and the Contractor, greater experience of staff [resulting from the stability of employment with a given contractor], better control of the performance of the contract due to the subordination of employees resulting from the employment relationship, greater involvement of employees [resulting from the need to properly fulfill employee duties, which translates into maintaining employment].
NOTE: the requirement does not apply to contractors who are natural persons who will perform the subject of the contract personally.
