The object of the award is the continuation of the system actions for the reception of applicants / holders of international protection and their family members, as well as of foreigners and their family members who are beneficiaries of humanitarian protection - SPRAR - type of action: ordinary - last 2018 / 2020 - DM 10.8.2016.
The Custody, to a third sector Entity, will be carried out pursuant to the ANAC Resolution n. 32 of 20.1.2016 containing "Determination of Guidelines for the assignment of services to third sector organizations and social cooperatives", point 7), as well as the guidelines approved with Ministerial Decree 10.8.2016, with a public procedure.

The services subject to the assignment are those established by the Guidelines approved with the Ministerial Decree 10.8.2016 which are summarized as follows:
1. Reception service:
- material reception;
- ordinary board management;
- ordinary housing management;
2. Integration services:
- linguistic-cultural mediation;
- orientation and access to local services;
- teaching of the Italian language;
- professional training and retraining;
- orientation and support for job placement;
- orientation and accompaniment to housing integration;
- orientation and accompaniment to social inclusion;
3. Protection services:
- psycho-social-health protection;
- legal protection legal guidance and accompaniment;
4. Furthermore, the economic operator must guarantee SUPPORT to the Local Authority for:
- data bank updating and management;
- management of times, extensions and revocation of reception;
- transfer management;
- preparation of reports, monitoring sheets and presentation of financial statements;
- identification of efficient data collection, storage and management methods;
- correct application of the updated privacy legislation.
