The aim of the framework agreement is to cover the contracting authority's need for security guard and reception services, primarily for the Tønsberg location. The contract will however also be valid for the entity's other locations as required. Tenderers must therefore have the capacity and availability for the contracting authority's locations, possibly by using sub-suppliers.
