This procurement concerns framework agreements for the implementation of national user surveys within the social services.
The framework agreement includes that the supplier shall provide a digital survey service where the Purchaser reports its participation and prepares surveys, e.g. by registering information about participating activities. The supplier shall also provide a service for the dissemination of surveys to users. The survey service shall also include an online survey tool for data collection and a digital service for reporting results in accordance with the requirements of section 4 Requirements for the service.
User surveys for other areas of activity, target groups or initiatives within the social services may be added during the framework agreement period, at SALAR's initiative. For more information, see the procurement document.
