Redbridge College is seeking to appoint a main contractor to complete the design and construction of new educational buildings.

The Scheme will entail:

— Enabling works including new Vehicular Access,

— Construction of new classroom block,

— Construction of new specialist performance space 'The Box',

— External landscaping.

Note: Redbridge College reserves the right to terminate this procurement process at any time at its absolute discretion. The College also retains the right (at its absolute discretion) to omit Enabling Works from the contracted scope of works at any stage during the procurement process.
