Description:
Purchase of maintenance products, hygiene and cleaning accessories

This framework agreement is a supply contract for the purchase of maintenance, hygiene and cleaning products for the ASBL Solidaris ETM and its partner entities for a period of twelve months, renewable three times for the same duration and starting on 1 er day following the conclusion of the framework agreement, in the absence of a different date mentioned in the conclusion letter.

This framework agreement is composed of six lots and structured as follows:

- lot 1: "paper";

- lot 2: "environmentally friendly cleaning products";

- lot 3: "cleaning products";

- lot 4: "hygiene";

- lot 5: "drugstore";

- lot 6: "cleaning accessories".

The framework agreement covers all the products in the attached inventory and the tenderer's catalog in the defined product categories. The successful tenderer will receive requests for additional products during the execution of the framework agreement / contracts based on the framework agreement because it was impossible for the contracting authority and its partners to list all of their needs for such a long time. Additional products will be subject to the requirements of these specifications. It should be noted that for lots 1 (paper), 2 (environmentally friendly cleaning products), 3 (cleaning products), 4 (hygiene) and 6 (cleaning accessories), access to this catalog will be produced at a discount (see award criteria).

Paper
