The subject of the contract is: purchase and delivery of photocopying paper for the units of the Mazovian garrison and the branch units of the National Police Headquarters.

1. The subject of the contract is: purchase and delivery of photocopy paper for units of the Mazovian garrison and out-of-town units of the KGP.

2. The quality requirements and parameters of the subject of the contract are specified in the price list – the assortment and quantity list. The Ordering Party allows tolerances from the set values of the technical parameters of the offered paper, which result from the technological process

and are specified in the manufacturer's technical specification. The Ordering Party allows tolerances of parameters in terms of technical values concerning: weight, CIE whiteness and thickness of the offered paper.

3. The implementation of the subject of the contract will take place in partial deliveries – to each of the units listed in the address list of units.

4. Paper will be delivered by the contractor's own transport, along with unloading at the contractor's expense, to the place included in the address list and indicated in the order received from the ordering party, on working days from Monday to Friday from 8.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.

1. The Contractor shall be excluded from the procurement procedure, subject to Article 110 (2) of the Pzp:

1.1 Being a natural person who is legitimately convicted of a crime:

(a) participation in an organised criminal group or a union aimed at committing an offence or tax offence referred to in Article 258 of the Criminal Code;

(b) trafficking in human beings referred to in Article 189a of the Criminal Code;

(c) referred to in Articles 228 — 230a, Article 250a of the Criminal Code, and Articles 46 - 48 of the Act of 25 June 2010 on sports (Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1133 and 2021 item 2054) or Article 54 (1) to 4 of the Act of 12 May 2011 on the refund of medicines, foodstuffs of special purpose nutritional and medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2021 items 523, 1292, 1559 and 2054);

(d) the financing of a terrorist offence referred to in Article 165a of the Criminal Code, or the offence of thwarting or obstructing the determination of the criminal origin of money or concealing its origin in question

in Article 299 of the Criminal Code;

(e) of a terrorist nature referred to in Article 115 (20) of the Criminal Code,

or intended to commit that offence;

(f) entrust the performance of work to a minor foreigner referred to in Article 9 (2) of the Act of 15 June 2012 on the effects of entrusting the performance of work to foreigners residing in defiance of regulations in the territory of the Republic of Poland (Journal of Laws, item 769);

(g) against the economic turnover referred to in Articles 296 to 307 of the Criminal Code, the offence of fraud referred to in Article 286 of the Criminal Code, the offence against the reliability of documents referred to in Articles 270 to 277d of the Criminal Code, or a tax offence;

(h) referred to in Article 9 (1) and (3) or Article 10 of the Act of 15 June 2012 on the effects of entrusting the performance of work to foreigners residing in defiance of regulations in the territory of the Republic of Poland,

— or for an appropriate prohibited act specified in the provisions of foreign law.

1.2 If a sitting member of its management or supervisory body, a partner of the company

in a general or partnership company or a general partner in a limited partnership or a limited joint-stock partnership or a proxy has been convicted of the offence referred to in point 1.1;

1.3 For whom a final court judgment or final administrative decision has been issued

arrears with the payment of taxes, fees or social or health insurance contributions, unless the contractor has paid the taxes, fees or social security contributions due, together with interest or fines, or has concluded a binding agreement on the payment of such debts, as appropriate, before the deadline for the submission of tenders;

1.4 In which the prohibition of applying for public procurement has been ruled legally;
