This contract is a joint public service contract for the Municipality (AC), the CPAS and the RCA of LEGLISE.

This contract relates to the contracts of insurance of persons, material damage, civil liability, automobiles and all site risks and illness / disability of the aforementioned policyholders. See points II.2.4) for details of the different lots.

1) Personal insurance: additional CPV code: 66512100-3: accident insurance service:

a) Work accident and excess law insurance (AC - CPAS and RCA);

b) Personal accident insurance (AC and CPAS).

The policies are concluded for a period of one year with extension in the form of tacit renewal for successive periods of one year without the total duration not exceeding four years.

2) Property damage insurance: additional CPV codes: 66515000-3: damage and loss insurance service 66515100-4: fire insurance service:

a) Fire damage insurance (AC, CPAS and RCA);

b) Electronic / IT all-risk insurance (AC, CPAS and RCA);

c) All-risk insurance (RCA);

d) Transport and residence insurance (AC).

The policies are concluded for a period of one year with extension in the form of tacit renewal for successive periods of one year without the total duration not exceeding four years.

3) Liability insurance: additional CPV codes: 66516000-0: liability insurance service 66516400-4: general liability insurance service, 66512100-3: accident insurance service:

a) General liability insurance (AC, CPAS and RCA)

b) Liability insurance for temporary occupation of premises (RCA)

c) Objective Fire & Explosion Liability Insurance. (AC, CPAS and RCA)

d) Liability insurance for public representatives and administrators (AC, CPAS and RCA)

e) Accident and civil liability insurance for school activities for participating children / pupils (AC and CPAS)

f) Accident and civil liability insurance for school and extra-curricular activities for those taking part (AC and CPAS)

g) Accident and civil liability insurance for various sports activities (AC - CPAS and RCA)

The policies are concluded for a period of one year with extension in the form of tacit renewal for successive periods of one year without the total duration not exceeding four years.

4) Auto insurance: additional CPV code: 66516100-01: auto liability insurance service

a) Vehicle (fleet) insurance (AC);

b) Omnium missions insurance (AC and CPAS).

The automobile policies are concluded for a period of one year with an automatic renewal for consecutive periods of one year and for a total duration not exceeding 4 years.

5) disability health insurance:

The policies are concluded for a period of one year with an automatic renewal for consecutive periods of one year and for a total duration not exceeding four years.
