This consultation is a framework agreement for intellectual services relating to the project management carried out in the context of the realization of the ZAC of Constance in Aix-en-Provence in the Bouches-du-Rhône. Article 1.2 of the CCAP and the terms of reference describe more precisely the scope of the framework agreement and that of the development operations and the content of the missions.

The missions entrusted to the incumbent are as follows:

- Project studies (Pro);

— Assistance to the contracting authority in the awarding of works contracts (ACT);

— review of the compliance of the implementation studies with the project (Visa);

- Direction of execution of works contracts (Det);

- Assistance to reception operations (AOR).

These missions will be carried out in the areas of urban planning, landscape and networks as well as civil engineering. The Framework Agreement also provides for the drawing up of technical annexes to the lot sheets. For each lot sheet drawn up by the chief architect of the operation, it is necessary to draw up a supporting diagram and annexes, describing the limits of services between the developer and the developers concerning the networks, the topographical levels of public spaces in the limits of private lots.
