The construction project is a new multi-purpose hall with classrooms for the Bad Segeberg vocational training center.

The new building consists of 2 structures: The two-storey main structure stands on a glass base (garden level) and is a distorted cube with sloping outer walls and a sloping roof. The connection of this building to the school takes place through a single-storey hall construction with partial basement (connecting structure). The building complex is on a slope.
