The object of the order is the purchase of electricity in 2022-2023 for the purposes of powering the facilities and equipment of the organizational units of the Municipality of Biłgoraj and municipal companies.
The purchasers of electricity will be the following entities, which together form the “Purchasing Group”, in order to conduct the tender process and award the public contract:

2) Enterprise Komunalna Economy Sp. z o.o., 13 Łąkowa Street, 23-400 Biłgoraj, NIP: 9180000956, REGON: 950317448;
3) Biłgorajskie Cieplna Power Company Sp. z o.o., Długa 96 street, 23-400 Biłgoraj, NIP: 9182085164, REGON: 060321230;
4) Biłgorajskie Cultural Centre, 16 Kościuszki Street, 23-400 Biłgoraj, NIP: 9181776529.
The sale of electricity will be carried out on the basis of separate contracts for the sale of electricity, which will be concluded by the above purchasers with the selected by tender
overall amount of energy consumption points: 206 pcs ,
2) total contractual power of energy consumption points: 3 105 kW.
3) the forecast energy consumption for 2022-2023 is 11,309,728 kWh and falls on the following tariffs and zones:
(a) B21 — 24/7:1 263 516 kWh;
(b) B22 - peak: 901 388 kWh,
— off-peak: 2,740 428 kWh;
(c) B23 — Pre-South Peak: 316,072 kWh,
— afternoon peak: 258 868 kWh,
— Other hours of the day: 1 229 360 kWh;

(e) C12a - peak: 50,422 kWh,
— off-peak: 115 922 kWh;
(f) C12b — daily: 1 016 926 kWh,

The forecast electricity consumption is only an element to select the most favourable offer, but does not constitute an obligation on the part of the Contracting Authority to purchase energy in the quantities given. The basis for the settlement of energy sales will be the actual indications of the measurement and settlement systems of the Distribution System Operator and the rates determined by the seller in the tender process.
