Specialized Assistance Services and Hardware and Software Maintenance of Juniper Networks routing devices operating in the GARR IP/MPLS network. The requested service must include the management of the stocks, owned by the GARR, necessary for the provision of the service itself.

Provision of the Hardware and Software Specialist Assistance and Maintenance Services of the Juniper Networks routing equipment operating in the GARR IP/MPLS network for a period of 12 months, with the possibility for the GARR to extend the deadline up to a maximum period of 6 (six) months. During the extension period, GARR will have the right to request the progressive disposal of the equipment included in the initial consistency. The Juniper equipment affected by the maintenance service are of the MX Series family, in particular the MX80, MX480 and MX960 models. The requested service must also include the management of the GARR owned inventories necessary for the provision of the service itself.
