Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg (rbb) plans to install a Crossmedia News Center in its television center in Berlin. It is planned to have 2 floors with a floor space of approx. 2,000 m
The planning services are to be awarded in 3 lots in an open procedure.
The following lot allocation is intended:
Lot 1 award of contract planning interiors and for consultation building physics (building and room acoustics)
Lot 2 Award Planning of the technical equipment Annex group 1-3 + 8
Lot 3 Award Planning of the technical equipment group of units 4 + 5
The planning services should be advertised in stages. The structure is planned:
- Level 1: LP 1-4,
- Level 2: LP 5-7,
- Level 3: LP 8,
- Level 4: LP 9.
- Building design according to HOAI § 34 LP 1-4,
- Consultation on room acoustics during the planning phases for LP 1-4.
