Sansia Oy will put out to tender the procurement of Vaasan Sähköverkko Oy for the renewal of the main transformer of the 110/20 kV substation in Laihia. The size of the transformer is 16 MVA. A more detailed description can be found in the attached project description.
This acquisition includes the disposal of the existing 110/20 kV main transformer of the Laihia 110/20 kV substation, as well as the implementation planning, procurement, dismantling, construction and commissioning of the new 110/20 kV main transformer delivery with all its work.
The contractor acts as the main contractor referred to in building legislation in the project, responsible for carrying out inspections in accordance with permits and regulations, as well as occupational safety, among other things. The delivery also includes the design of the site in accordance with current regulations and instructions. All structures are designed according to a service life of 50 years The equipment to be built includes:
- 110/20 kV, 16 MVA päämuuntajan romutus
- 110/20 kV, 16 MVA main transformer purchase, installation and commissioning
The main features of the delivery include:
- 20 kV rail bridge if the old one cannot be used
- Connection of 110 kV rope to a new transformer
- New auxiliary electrical and control cables from transformer auxiliary enclosures to substation
- Necessary changes to control boards
- Full commissioning testing and final documentation of the system to be renewed
