Colchester Institute Framework Agreement for the Supply of Teaching and Lecturing Staff, Learning Support Staff, Business Support Staff and Healthcare Staff

Colchester Institute is setting up a framework agreement for the supply of teaching and lecturing staff, learning support staff, business support staff and healthcare staff which will be split up into 4 distinct lots. This multi-supplier framework will be utilised to source both temporary and permanent staff.

Teaching and Lecturing Staff including Assessors and Trainers

All teaching and lecturing roles for all college faculties. Estimated value of GBP 260 000 is based on the full 4 year contract at GBP 65 000 per annum.

Learning Support Staff

Such as specialist student support staff for students with additional needs. Estimated value of GBP 280 000 is based on the full 4 year contract at GBP 70 000 per annum.

Business Support Staff

All general office admin and support roles, also including HR, finance, customer services, marketing, IT roles. Estimated value of GBP 70 000 is based on the full 4 year contract at GBP 17 500 per annum.

Healthcare Staff

Support workers to deliver support to students requiring personal care. Estimated value of GBP 40 000 is based on the full 4 year contract at GBP 10 000 per annum. This is an estimate as this is a new requirement.
