The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests, including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, meadow economy, maintenance of forest infrastructure to be performed in the Piwniczna Forest District in 2023. The subject of the order has been divided into parts ("Package")

Increasing adjustments do not imply the introduction of new works not covered by the scope of the contract, and reducing corrections do not mean the complete abandonment of part of the work. It should be understood as an increase in the number of works in one location (forest address) in the Package Implementation Area (including locations in the Package Implementation Area not initially indicated in the SWZ), while reducing the number of works in another location (forest address) in the Package Implementation Area, within the total number of individual works falling within the scope of the Subject of the Agreement specified in the SWZ, to be implemented throughout the Package Implementation Area. The need to increase the size of certain elements of the contract in the course of performing the subject of the contract may also occur in order to perform the full scope of work described in the subject of the contract. The determination of the new location takes place as part of the subject of the contract, but always only in the Package Implementation Area.
