The co-ordinated procurement in Salten (SIIS), henceforth called the awarding authority) invites to an open tender procedure of the EEA threshold with entering into the 2-year framework agreements (plus options of 1 + 1 years) for the purchase of building materials such as timber, builders' supplies and tools for the municipalities of Meløy, Gildeskål and Hamarøy. The awarding authority wants to enter into framework agreements with one supplier for each of the three municipalities, based on the most economically advantageous tender. All contracts over 50 000 NOK excl. VAT. will be carried out as mini competition between the top three providers for each community.
