The target of the procurement is the construction of wooden apartment buildings in Kaarela, Helsinki, as a fixed-price SR contract, including not only overall design and structural engineering work, but also all HVAC work.

The following companies will be implemented in the project:

- Plot 33420/2, Heka Kuninkaantammi Palette Rotation 11

- Plot 33420/1, Helsingin Asumisoikeus Oy Paletinkierto 13 (formerly. Palette)

Each management form shall be the subject of a separate works contract.

Design work can be started after the preliminary agreement has been signed. The estimated start date of the construction work is 01/2025, but no later than 03/25

Procurement is not split as a multi-vendor model would provide an inappropriate set of contracts for scheduling and work coordination and could jeopardize achieving a low cost level.

Design:

- The SR contractor approving designers with construction control and subscriber

- The SR contractor is responsible for all design

- Designing the object is done on a data model basis

Block 33420 divided into two plots.

The parking of the cars of both companies will be served by a separate parking facility to be built in the adjacent block, which will be ready when the buildings are completed.
