The subject of the contract is the provision of physical protection services of persons and property.

The order consists of the following two parts:

1) PART AND RELATIONS — includes the provision of physical protection services of persons and property located on

the site of the Object located in Wrocław at Gen. Augusta Emila Fieldorf street no. 2.

By “Object” is meant: the main building of the hospital (with all technical infrastructure and equipment)

located in Wrocław at Gen Augusta Emila Fieldorf Street no. 2, together with the entire surrounding one (partly

fenced) outdoor area and other buildings and infrastructure (i.e., technical buildings and

Water Treatment Station building, parking lots, helipad, future park and other elements

landscaping) forming part of the property.

2) PART II of the REPLACEMENT — includes the provision of services of professionally organized, ad hoc protection

physical persons and property, operating on the basis of mobile Intervention Groups.

1. The object of the contract is the provision of physical protection services of persons and property located on the premises

Object located in Wrocław at Gen. Augusta Emila Fieldorf street no. 2.

2. The property is meant by: the main building of the hospital (with all technical infrastructure and equipment) located in Wrocław at Gen Augusta Emila Fieldorf street no. 2, together with the entire surrounding (partially fenced) outdoor area and other infrastructure buildings (i.e. buildings technical and building of the Water Treatment Station, parking lots, helipad, future park and other landscaping elements) are part of the property on which the hospital facility is located.

3. The limits of the contracted facility are marked on the situation plan of Annex 8 to the SWZ.

4. The characteristics of the object covered by the contract are contained in Chapter I of Annex 6 to SWZ (description of the subject of the contract).

5. Schematic plan of the building of the main hospital is included in Annex 9 of the SWZ.

6. The scope of the object of the contract includes ensuring security on the premises of the facility through the implementation of the services of professionally organized physical protection of persons and property, including:

1) carrying out a full range of preparatory activities and

2) in terms of the Comprehensive Plan for the Preservation of the Site:

(a) update the Comprehensive Site Protection Plan and the implementation of the Comprehensive Site Protection Plan approved by the Contracting Authority,

(b) modifying the Comprehensive Site Protection Plan on a regular basis, i.e. following the implementation of the Comprehensive Site Protection Plan approved by the Contracting Authority, based on the conditions arising from the current protection service and guidance from the Contracting Authority.

7. The subject of the contract and the rules under which the Contractor should carry it out are described in detail in Chapter IV to V of Annex No 6 to the SWZ.

8. The subject of the order should be completed:

1) in a professional manner,

2) in accordance with the laws in force in Poland and in particular concerning the protection of persons and property, the Law of 22 August 1997 on the protection of persons and property (uniform text: Journal of Laws of 2020 item 838 as amended),

3) according to the principles of social intercourse,

4) in accordance with the rules and procedures in force on the premises of the Site,

5) in a way that does not violate the normal functioning of the hospital facilities as intended and the conduct of medical activities.

9. In order to ensure full readiness for the execution of the subject of the contract, the Contractor shall be obliged to carry out the full range of preparatory activities indicated in Chapter III of Annex No 6 to the SWZ.

10 The detailed conditions for the execution of the object of the contract are described in the SWZ in particular in Annex 6 to the SWZ (description of the subject of the contract) and Annex 10 to the SWZ (the proposed provisions of the contract).

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services of professionally organized, ad hoc physical protection of persons and property, operating on the basis of mobile Intervention Groups.

2. The scope of the object of the order shall include:

1) ensuring security within the boundaries of the Facility, through the implementation of a service of professionally organized, ad hoc physical protection of persons and property, operating on the basis of mobile Intervention Groups, with:

(a) Intervention Groups shall operate on crews (patrols) of at least two people, using marked and properly equipped motor vehicles.

(b) The Contracting Authority shall require that three or more two-person Intervention Groups be manned in a 24-hour mode during the entire period of execution (i.e. from the date of the start of its implementation).

(c) emergency calls from the Intervention Groups to the protected Site may take place in two ways:

• alarm without simultaneous notification of the nature of the event — via the alarm button provided by the Contractor

and at the disposal of the change commander.

• alarm with simultaneous presentation of the circumstances of the event, facilitating intervention — by telephone call to the emergency number provided by the Contractor.

(d) after an emergency call, the first crew of the Intervention Group must arrive at the facility protected by fifteen minutes from the moment of call.

2) convoying, i.e. the protection and transport of the Employee of the Ordering Party and the monetary values (cash) transferred from the hospital building (cash deposit room or other room indicated by the Ordering Party) to the facility of the bank serving the Ordering Party:

(a) the amount of monetary value (cash) in the amount shall not exceed one unit of calculation.

(b) The Contracting Authority shall adopt the implementation of one per week of convoy as standard,

with the proviso that, depending on the circumstances and needs of the Ordering Party, this figure may be increased in some weeks. The number of additional convoy (over standard) during the period of execution of the order item shall not exceed 9 (nine) convoys.

(c) the convoying should be carried out using a motor vehicle provided by the Contractor. The Contracting Authority does not require the implementation of convoys using banker.

3. Intervention groups operating under this contract shall be an additional protective formation, which shall be used by the shift commander or security coordinator from the Ordering Party and, in exceptional situations, by the site's security staff. The task of the Intervention Groups staff is to control the situation in circumstances where, for some reasons, the forces and measures of the Contractor carrying out the Permanent Protection Service and support from the Contracting Authority are not sufficient.

4. By “Object” is meant: the main building of the hospital (with all technical infrastructure

and equipment) located in Wrocław at Gen Augusta Emila Fieldorf Street No. 2 along with the entire surrounding (partially fenced) outdoor area and other buildings and infrastructure (i.e. technical buildings and building of Water Treatment Station, parking lots, helipad, park future potable and other landscaping elements) forming part of the property on which the hospital facility is located.

5. The limits of the contracted facility are marked on the situation plan of Annex 8 to the SWZ.

6. The characteristics of the place of execution of the object of the order are contained in Chapter I of Annex 7 to SWZ (description of the subject of the order).

7. Schematic plan of the building of the main hospital is included in Annex 9 of the SWZ.

8. The subject of the order is described in detail by the SWZ, especially in Chapter IV of Annex 7 to the SWZ and in Annex 11 to the SWZ - the proposed provisions of the contract.
