The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 788, as amended - hereinafter: "the Act on forests") covering works in the field of mechanical harvesting and skidding wood to be made in the Kaliska and Kościerzyna Forest Districts in 2019.
