The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in conducting an electronic call for:
• public nursery schools, public kindergarten complexes, public kindergartens in school and kindergarten complexes with a module enabling electronic recruitment for holiday duty in municipal kindergartens, kindergartens in municipal kindergartens and kindergartens in school and kindergarten complexes,
• public primary schools and public primary schools in school and pre-school complexes,
• public secondary schools.
conducted by the City of Łódź, concerning the school years 2023/2024, 2024/2025, 2025/2026, keeping records of children and pupils participating in the recruitment and keeping records of children participating in the recruitment for holiday duty.

conducted by the City of Łódź, concerning the school years 2023/2024, 2024/2025, 2025/2026, keeping records of children and pupils participating in the recruitment and keeping records of children participating in the recruitment for holiday duty.
The subject of the contract will be executed in accordance with the Act of 4 April 2019 on the digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 848), including all Guidelines for the accessibility of online content contained in the annex to this Act.

Deadline for the service: from the date of signing the contract until October 30, 2025.
Duration of the contract: from the date of signature of the contract until 30 October 2025
Warranty period: Duration of the contract.
Data retention period: one year from the date of completion of recruitment for a given school year.

33 The Contracting Authority does not specify the requirements for the employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship of persons performing activities in the scope of the performance of the contract, since the performance of those activities does not consist, in the opinion of the Contracting Authority, in the performance of work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code.
40.1 The Purchaser does not provide:
40.1.1 the possibility of exercising the option right under Article 31(2) of the PPL;
40.1.2 the possibility of awarding a contract consisting in the repetition of similar services pursuant to Article 214(1)(7) of the PPL;
40.1.3 enter into a framework agreement;
40.1.4 the Contractor carrying out an on-site inspection or checking by the Contractor the documents necessary for the performance of the contract available on site at the Ordering Party;
40.1.5 selecting the most advantageous tender by electronic auction;
40.1.6 the requirement or possibility to submit offers in the form of electronic catalogues or to include electronic catalogues in the offer
40.2 Scope and conditions of amendments to the concluded contract - issues relating to the contract are regulated in the model contract - Annex 5 to the SWZ.
40.3 The Contracting Authority did not conduct preliminary market consultations before initiating the procedure.
