The subject of the order is the delivery of elements of the pellet preparation node as part of the project "Modernization of the material preparation and forming node in the experimental and production installation for the preparation of catalysts and ceramic carriers" divided into 2 (two) parts:
1. part 1 - delivery of high-speed mixer-kneader with the necessary equipment, assembly and start-up as well as training of employees,
2. lot 2 - delivery of a vibrofluid dryer together with the necessary equipment, assembly and commissioning as well as training of employees.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annexes 1 and 1A - technical specification for purchase: pellet preparation node - mixing kneader No. TD-PR-02 and pellet preparation node - dryer No. TD-PR-11.
The scope of the order for lot No. 1 - mixing and kneading machine includes:
1. a complete device, together with the necessary equipment, assembly and commissioning as well as employee training in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the ToR, technical specification No. TD-PR-02, including:
- delivery of the complete device with accessories in accordance with technical specification No. TD-PR-02,
- assembly and commissioning of the device,
- employee training (3 people).
The device should have a control cabinet equipped with:
- variable speed drive regulation with feedback,
- signaling operation / failure of main and auxiliary drives, ACP,
- internal security system of devices,
Permission to start the device, binary contact - output from DCS;
2. unusual tools necessary to start up, service or repair the device;
3. preparation of technical documentation - 3 sets in Polish in printed form, 1 set in electronic form - containing:
- the operation and maintenance documentation with the operating manual and the list of spare parts,
- electric scheme of the system,
- data on the design and implementation of the foundation of the device;
4. supply of spare parts:
- gaskets for the bowl cover - 3 sets,
- a tool for cleaning the walls and bottom of the bowl - 1 set
- blade mixing and kneading tool - 1 piece,
- mandrel mixing and kneading tool - 1 piece.
5. All carbon steel elements should be protected against corrosion and adapted to work in industrial atmosphere C3.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annexes 1 - technical specification for purchase: pellet preparation node - mixing kneader No. TD-PR-02. The minimum required warranty period for the delivered devices is 12 months from the date of signing the final acceptance report of the device.
The scope of the order for lot 2 - dryer includes:
1. a complete device with equipment, assembly and commissioning as well as training of employees with Annex No. 1 to the Terms of Reference technical specification No. TD-PR-11, including:
- delivery of the complete device with equipment in accordance with technical specification No. TD-PR-11,
- assembly and commissioning of the device,
- employee training (3 people).
The device should have a control cabinet equipped with:
- signaling operation / failure of main and auxiliary drives, ACP,
- internal security system of devices;
2. preparation of technical documentation - 3 sets in Polish in printed form, 1 set in electronic form - containing:
- the operation and maintenance documentation with the operating manual and the list of spare parts,
- electric scheme of the system,
- data on the design and implementation of the foundation of the device;
3. supply of spare parts:
- additional fluidized bed,
- set of dedusting filter cartridges.
4. All elements made of carbon steel should be protected against corrosion and adapted to work in an industrial atmosphere.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1A - technical specification - granule preparation node - dryer No. TD-PR-11. The minimum required warranty period for the delivered devices is 12 months from the date of signing the final acceptance report of the device.
