1. The subject of the contract is the provision of transport services in the national road transport of goods under service A.

As part of providing service A, the Contractor undertakes:

a) to accept parcels for transport at the place and time specified in the schedule of service A, constituting Annex No. 1 to the contract template,

b) to issue parcels accepted for transport in the place specified in the service A schedule, constituting Annex No. 1 to the contract template,

c) that the vehicle with which the consignments are transported will arrive at the place of delivery of the parcels within the time limit specified in the Schedule of Service A, constituting Annex No. 1 to the contract template.

5. Requirements to be met by vehicles, with the use of which the Contractor is obliged to perform the contract, are set out in Annex 10 to the model contract, which is Annex 3 to the ToR.

6. The Awarding Entity does not envisage conducting an electronic auction.
