The subject of the contract is the execution of plantings compensating for the felling of trees as part of the task: "Construction of a tram route along Popowicka - Starogroblowa - Długa Street (from Milenijna Street to Jagiełło Street) along with the reconstruction of the viaduct over Długa Street and the construction of an integrated tram and railway junction Wrocław - Popowice", in four locations: on the Adam Wójcik Square, at Dyrekcyjna Street, at Zawalna Street, along Na Ostatni Groszu Street.

1. The subject of the contract is the execution of plantings compensating for the felling of trees as part of the task: "Construction of a tram route along Popowicka - Starogroblowa - Długa Street (from Milenijna Street to Jagiełło Street) along with the reconstruction of the viaduct over Długa Street and the construction of an integrated tram and railway junction Wrocław - Popowice", in four locations: on the Adam Wójcik Square, at Dyrekcyjna Street, at Zawalna Street, along Na Ostatni Groszu Street.
2. Scope of the order.
2.1. Adam Wójcik Square
As part of the contract, in accordance with the design by SYSTRA SA Branch from Poland, Komandorska 14,
50-022 Wroclaw, you should:
a) make plantings of greenery along with the preparation of the substrate,
(b) fill the areas under the bushes with bark,
c) fill the areas under trees and ornamental grass with pebbles,
d) perform other activities in accordance with the project documentation,
e) cultivate the planted greenery for a period of 36 months,
f) provide full geodetic service in the performance of works,
g) draw up a collation report.
2.2. Square at Dyrekcyjna Street
As part of the contract, in accordance with the design by SYSTRA SA Branch from Poland, Komandorska 14,
50-022 Wroclaw, you should:
a) clean the substrate from weeds, roots, stones and construction residues and other impurities,
b) level the area and fertilize the entire area of fertile land,
c) make pedestrian routes with a mineral and gravel surface,
d) make a wall of gabions,
e) make plantings of greenery,
f) perform other activities in accordance with the project documentation,
g) make an inventory of road property,
(h) carry out a project for the organisation of replacement traffic together with a project for the communication service of the construction site and obtain all the necessary arrangements and permits needed to implement the traffic organisation for the duration of all the works covered by this contract, and to implement the maintenance and decommissioning of this traffic organisation after the work has been completed.
(i) cultivate the planted greenery for a period of 36 months,
j) ensure constant dendrological supervision and full geodetic service in the performance of works.
k) prepare a collation report.
2.3. Square at Zawalna Street
As part of the contract, according to the design by Arch It, Wierzbowa 15/52, 50-056 Wrocław, the following should be:
a) make plantings of greenery along with the preparation of the substrate,
b) restore the flower meadow in all green areas,
c) cultivate the planted greenery for a period of 36 months,
d) provide full geodetic services in the performance of works.
e) prepare a collation report.
2.4. Ul. On the Last Penny
As part of the order, in accordance with the materials provided by the Ordering Party, you should:
a) make plantings of greenery along with the preparation of the substrate,
b) recreate the lawn after plantings,
c) cultivate the planted greenery for a period of 36 months,
d) provide full geodetic service in the performance of works,
e) make an inventory of road property,
(l) carry out a project for the organisation of replacement traffic together with a project for the communication service of the construction site and obtain all the necessary arrangements and permits needed to implement the traffic organisation for the duration of all the works covered by this contract, and to implement the maintenance and decommissioning of this traffic organisation after the completion of the works.
m) prepare a collation report
