The subject of the contract, which the Ordering Party intends to award on the basis and during the period of validity of the framework contracts (24 months), shall be the performance, delivery and installation of stop cartridges and advertising showcases mounted optionally depending on the order of the Ordering Party in the field of operation Upper Silesia — the Zagłębów Metropolis.

1. The subject of the contract to which the Contracting Authority intends to award under and during the period of validity of the framework contracts (24 months) shall be the performance, delivery and installation of stop cartridges and advertising display cases mounted optionally depending on the order of the Ordering Party in the field of operation Upper Silesia — the Zagłębów Metropolis.

2. The Contractor in the locations indicated by the Contracting Authority where the new sheds will be set, dismantling the existing (old) stop sheds together with the removal of all the elements of the foundations of the sheds projecting above the ground surface, all the elements of these sheds, except for decay and advertising display cases, they are to be disposed of, on confirmation of which the Contractor shall submit the relevant document. Disassembled timetable and advertising display cases The Contractor shall forward to the Contracting Authority.

3. Expected quantities of orders:

(a) in 2021 the manufacture, delivery and assembly of 92 factory new stop shells, including:

- 72 pcs of standard model 1 — 20 two-model pcs and 52 three-model pcs;

- 19 standard type 2 - 6 two-model, 9 three-module and 4 four-module pcs;

- 1 type of maintenance model 2 — 1 pcs.

(b) in the years 2022-2023 the manufacture, delivery and installation of 308 pcs of new station stations, including:

- 252 type standard model 1 — 84 two-model, 147 three-module pcs and 21 four-module pcs;

- 56 Type Standard Model 2 - 14 two-model, 27 three-model pcs and 15 four-module pcs

(c) in the years 2021 to 2023 the manufacture, delivery and installation of 386 pcs of advertising showcases where, due to field conditions and technical conditions, it is possible to install them (the advertising display case will not appear in the case of stop cartridges with a “retracted post”).

4. Scheduled quantities of contracts for the Contracting Authority during the period of validity of the framework agreements:

a) ZTM:

- 102 pcs of standard type model 1 two-module,

- 183 pcs of standard type sheds, model 1

- 21 pcs of standard type model 1 four-module

- 17 pcs of standard type 2 two-module model,

- 36 pcs of standard type 2 model sheds,

- 19 pcs of standard type model 2 four-module,

- 1 piece of cartrons of the type of maintenance model 2,

- 379 pcs of advertising display cases,

(b) Municipality of Bieruń:

- 14 pcs of standard type model 1,

(c) Bojszowy Municipality:

- 2 pcs of standard type model 1 two-module,

- 2 pcs of standard type model 1 three-wells,

- 4 pcs of advertising display cases,

(d) Pyskowice Municipality:

- 3 pcs of standard type 2 two-module model,

- 3 pcs. Advertising display cases.

5. Quality warranty period for defects of the supplied and mounted stop carports and advertising display cases The Contractor shall indicate in the tender form (Annex No 1 to SWZ). The guarantee period shall be counted from the date of the signing of the final reception protocol by the Parties of the implementing agreement. The minimum warranty period is 24 months.

6. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order includes Annex 3 to the SWZ, together with the Annex.
