The tender will take place in accordance with a European open procedure in accordance with the 2016 Public Works Procurement Regulations (Chapter 2, ARW 2016).

Objective of the procurement

The purpose of this tender is to conclude an Agreement with one party for the requested work. The assignment is based on a result obligation.

Brief description of the assignment

For the preparation, implementation and handling of civil engineering projects,

Several environmental studies to be carried out:

Exploratory soil and road foundations

Batch inspections AP-04

Asbestos research in soil

Preparing, supervising and evaluating soil remediation

Making V&G chapters for earthworks in contaminated soil

Objective of the procurement

The purpose of this tender is to conclude an Agreement with one party for the requested work. The assignment is based on a result obligation.

Duration of the contract

• The intended start date is 01-01-2024 or as much earlier as possible.

• The basic duration of the Agreement is two (2) years.

• The Province of Gelderland has the right to extend the Agreement one (1) time for a period of two (2) years.

• Of major influence on the decision whether or not to extend the Agreement are the delivered services and also the pricing of the Contractor (s). The Province of Gelderland will evaluate the contractor's performance, after which the province of Gelderland will decide on this basis whether the province will make use of each subsequent extension option. The decision whether or not to extend the Agreement will be taken exclusively by the Province of Gelderland and will be sent digitally to the Contractor(s), no later than three (3) months before the expiry of the Agreement.

• The total duration of the Agreement shall not exceed four (4) years.

The Assignment ends at the end of the term by operation of law.

All current assignments that have been issued within the term of the Agreement will be completed by the Contractor.

If a written objection is made to the Award Decision and/or summary proceedings are brought, the Province of Gelderland has the right to have the Agreement enter into force at a later date. You must explicitly take this into account when drawing up your quotation.
