The tender contest includes winter maintenance services for the lots Kjøllefjord, Dyfjord, Lebesby, Friarfjord and Kunes, from and including autumn 2020. The contract period is 4 seasons that stretch from 01.11 to 30.04 each season. A contract shall be awarded with 1 contractor for each of the 5 areas.

The value of the contract is estimated to approx. 3 000 000 NOK excluding VAT per year. The volume is an estimate based on previous volumes and is not binding for the contracting authority.

If finances or equivalent, after the conclusion of the competition have not been approved or the contracting authority considers it suitable to execute the winter maintenance by own employees, the municipality has the right to cancel the assignment. Compensation will not be given for expenses as a result of the cancellation.

Lots/groups

Tenders can be submitted for 1 or several lots. Sub-tenders and alternative tenders cannot be submitted for an individual lot.

Geographic division of lots:

Lot 1: Kjøllefjord;

Lot 2: Dyfjord;

Lot 3: Lebesby;

Lot 4: Friarfjord;

Lot 5: Kunes.

The lots are further described in the attached list of lots and maps of lots.

The contracting authority reserves the right to divide the contract between multiple tenderers and to accept all or parts of a tender.

Contract

The contract will be regulated by the attached contract with the accompanying standard contract terms.

The contract period is from and including 1.11.2020 until and including 30.4.2024.

The contracting authority will enter into a contract with 1 tenderer for each lot. If the same tenderer is awarded several lots, 1 contract is entered into for the relevant lots.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that an agreement can be signed if awarded.
