Since 2021, BITBW has been actively working on the further development of its corporate culture. This further development is taking place as a project in the context of a house-wide transformation process at BITBW. In view of a changing world of work and a working environment that is characterized by continuous change and uncertainty, the willingness to change, the positive handling of changed situations and the willingness to take responsibility should be promoted.
The consulting services to be provided include "Consulting in the field of cultural change and change communication" for Lot 1 and "Coaching in the field of change design and team development" for Lot 2.
Consulting in the field of cultural change and change communicationThe volume of contracts envisaged for this framework agreement has been described as precisely as possible. However, the requirements are not binding and cannot be conclusively determined.
This only reflects an estimated order quantity and an expected period of time for the provision of services. Therefore, it cannot be ruled out that the benefits will be called up in a different order of magnitude and/or for a different period of time.
The following order quantities are assumed per contract year:
Order quantity per lot and contract year: 180 PT
These are conservatively estimated values. The specified person-days serve as the basis for calculation. A minimum purchase is not agreed. There is no obligation to purchase the estimated call-off quantities. As a result, the call-off quantity may decrease.
The contract term begins with the award of the contract and, unless terminated beforehand, initially amounts to 12 months (minimum contract term). The Contractor reserves the right to extend the contract three times for one year each (optional contract periods). The minimum contract term is automatically extended by a further year, unless the client terminates the contract three months before the end of the contract period. The same applies to the second optional renewal period.
In any case, the contract ends when the maximum total order limit of EUR 4,000,000.00 net is reached; 4,760,000.00 EUR gross (incl. optional services).
