Reception and development of permanent municipal waste from the owners of the property on which the inhabitants reside, located in the territory of the City of Ostrów Mazowiecka and the organization and operation of the city of Ostrów Mazowiecka Selecctive Zbiórki Komunal Waste, together with the reception and landscaping of waste from PSZOK. Details in SWZ.
1. The object of the order is:
1) Reception and management of permanent municipal waste from the owners of the property on which the inhabitants reside, located in the territory of the City of Ostrów Mazowiecka and
2) Organizing and conducting on the territory of the city of Ostrów Mazowiecka Selective Collection of Municipal Waste, together with the reception and management of waste from the PSZOK
- between 01.01.2022 and 31.12.2022
2. The scope of the order shall include, in particular:
1) The provision of services consisting in the collection and development of solid municipal waste from the owners of the property on which the inhabitants reside, located in the territory of the City of Ostrów Mazowiecka;
2) Equipment designated by the Contracting Authority of inhabited properties with suitable containers for the collection of municipal waste mixed, bags for collection of municipal waste collected selectively, and containers and bags for collection of biowaste and ash, meeting the requirements laid down in the attachments to the SWZ;
3) Organizing and conducting on the territory of the city of Ostrów Mazowiecka the Selective Collective of Municipal Waste, referred to in the law of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888 as amended). The scope of the order also includes the collection and management of waste from the PSZOK;
4) Achieving adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and reducing the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage in accordance with applicable law;
5) The use of municipal waste according to the hierarchy of ways of handling waste;
6) Maintain reporting and documentation related to the contracted activities during the period of execution of the contract.
3. A detailed description of the object of the order is contained in the Annex to the SWZ and in the template of the contract.
Due to the limitation of the quantity of data entered into notices (circumstances arising from technical limitations, independent of the Ordering Party), there is no possibility of entering all the necessary information. Each Contractor submitting an offer shall be accompanied by: Single European Contractor Document (JEDZ), Statement of Contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract (if applicable), Power of Attorney (if applicable), Original of the defect document in surety or guarantees ( if applicable) and the obligation of third parties to put the necessary resources at their disposal (applies only when the Contractor relies on the capacity or situation of other entities under the principles laid down in Article 118 of the P.z.p Act). The Contractor who relies on the resources of other entities in order to demonstrate the absence of grounds for exclusion and to fulfil the conditions for participation in the proceedings, to the extent that their resources are relied upon, shall also submit the Single European Procurement Documents of those entities. By drawing up ONE in Part IV:,, Qualification Criteria”, one can only limit one to completing Section α,, General Statement on All Qualification Criteria”, without supplementing the other sections in Part IV.
