Task No. 2 - Works related to securing the structure after the construction disaster of the east wing (MKiDN).
The task is planned to be supported by the Programme of the Minister of Culture, National Heritage and Sport 2022 – Protection of Monuments.
Task No. 3 - Demolition of two buildings adjacent to the castle from the north (own sources)
The Contracting Authority shall not permit the submission of variant tenders and in the form of electronic catalogues.
3.3. Requirements for the Contractor or subcontractor regarding employment under an employment contract in accordance with Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law:
3.4.1. The Ordering Party requires that persons performing construction works be employed only on the basis of an employment contract.
3.4.2. The Contractor is obliged to submit to the Ordering Party within the time limit specified in the provisions of the contract and update on an ongoing basis, i.e. each time there is a personnel change, a list of persons participating in the performance of the contract.
3.4.3. The list of persons involved in the performance of the contract must include the full composition of the persons involved in the performance of the contract, together with the definition of their functions.
3.4. The Contracting Authority does not require the Contractor to carry out an on-site inspection in accordance with Article 131(2)(1) of the PPL Act.
3.5. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the OPZ, constituting an Annex to the SWZ.
