The project is located rue de Beyseghem 141 and Avenue de la Sarriette 88, 1120 Brussels. The site includes the Atheneum Pagodas and premises currently occupied by Atheneum Karel Buls who will move in September 2021 in its new premises.

The mission is to create new teaching spaces, a new gym and new outdoor recreational spaces for the Athénée Pagodes and the development of a pedestrian crossing Avenue de la Sarriette.
