The framework agreement, hereafter called the Contract, will cover Ringsaker Municipality's need for iPads, in the form of hire and procurements. 

All pupils and teachers in the municipality's primary schools have used iPads in their daily digital work since the school year 2019/20. In the school's established teaching practice, it is very important to have continuity as regards the use of iPads as a teaching tool.

The Contract will mainly apply for the hire of iPads for the primary schools in Ringsaker, but it can also apply for hiring for other units in the municipality. Procurements can also be relevant. In addition the Contracting Authority has an option to procure additional equipment for the iPads.

At first there is a need to hire approx. 1,500 iPads with delivery on 2 or 3 August 2021:

- Apple iPad 10.2" - (2020), 32GB Wifi, colour stellar grey (pupiles), approx. 1,000.

- Apple iPad 10.2" - (2020), 128 GB Wifi, colour stellar grey (teachers), approx. 500

The framework agreement will be valid for 2 years with an option to extend for 1 + 1 year.
