Material scope of work - 2020

I. Conservation and maintenance of green areas

1. Mowing lawns with an area land 128 457.00 m 2 - 8 times, area of land 281 208.60 m 2 - 6 times, area land 66 484,00 m 2 - 4 times, area land 71 531.00 m 2 - 2 times.

2. Each time trees should be cut under trees, rebates, and communal devices in a way that will not cause them damage, removal of ground tree regrowths, cut areas from grass near curbs with a length of 5 217 m.

II. Care and protection of trees, shrubs and discount

1. Formation and care cutting of tree crowns with a circumference of up to 50 cm - 500 pcs. And above 50 cm - 100 pcs.

2. Cutting down trees 80 pcs

3. Milling 20 tree trunks.

4. Watering 450 pieces of trees.

5. Pleating and watering deciduous-coniferous beds - 5 208.5 m 2 ;

6. Pickling, pruning, watering, fertilizing and mowing of rose beds - 2 474 m 2 .

7. Pickling, watering perennial and grass beds - 400 m2.

8. Removal of shrubs with a total area of up to 25 m 2 together.

9. Formation and weeding of hedges - 9 373 m 2 .

III. Planting from Contractor's material

1. Making a rebate by troughing, filling the pit with fertile soil, fencing with lawn edging, lining the surface with agrotextile, planting plants and pouring bark or grit, followed by watering, fertilizing and pickling:

1) area of about 200 m 2 with the use of 200 cuttings of perennials and ornamental grasses (14 species),

2) an area of about 100 m 2 using 110 cuttings of mountain pine, heath, lavender and stonecrop,

3) 250 pcs of rose bushes seedlings.

2. Planting seedlings in the amount of 5,750 pansies, 5,000 begonias, 3,500 periwinkles, 200 canna, 5,000 crocuses, 3,500 geraniums, 4 rose roses and 24 pcs. ornamental grasses including watering and growing. The substrate should use a garden hydrogel, peat substrate, fertilizer.

3. Planting 4 ordinary clones in natural form. Min. Seedlings parameters: trunk circumference 20 cm at a height of 1 m, in a container C65.

4. Purchase of nursery material and all gardening materials shall constitute the Contractor's cost.

IV. Planting from the Employer's material

Planting 80 trees at least min. 5 years and 500 bushes. The scope of work includes filling the pit made with a mixture of fertile soil. After planting, the trees should be watered and tan. The contractor provides gardening materials.

V. Removing and de-tickling

1. Operation of de-dusting and removing from green areas with an area of 20 ha along pedestrian routes in the poviat 10 m both ways from the edge of the path.

2. The preparation used must have the appropriate permits.

VI. Cleaning

1. Cleaning works are carried out from Monday to Saturday each week, and areas of the area. 98 105 m 2 also on public holidays. Areas designated for mowing 8 and 6 times should be cleaned daily, and the remaining areas once a week.

2. Ongoing cleaning is done by manually removing garbage and dirt, sweeping, removing weeds and ingrown grass from paths.

3. The Contractor is obliged to remove subversions, scrap metal, branches and other impurities after storms. Within one year, up to 15 tree capsules should be removed.

4. Emptying the baskets: 400 pcs. 2x a week, 50 pcs. 3x a week, 20 pcs. 4x a week.

5. Washing benches and 100 rubbish bins

6. Removal of dead animals from the city.

7. Liquidation of illegal dumps - 150 cubic meters of waste.

8. Double maintenance of the fire belt 500 m long and 10 m wide.

9. Raking and exporting leaves during spring and autumn - 1 480 cubic meters

10. Maintaining cleanliness at the marketplace at ul. Wrocławska with an area of 1 651 m 2 through daily cleaning and emptying of baskets.

11. Maintaining order during the winter operation, by shoveling snow and removing slipperiness on paths and pavements with an area of 59 245 m 2 . The Contractor shall provide measures to combat slipperiness.
