The licensees are responsible for:

— transport and treatment and upgrading of jaws from the Villefranche-sur-Saône EVU;

— the management of selective collections to the valuation centres;

— sorting, grinding and transporting bulky waste from the centre to the EVU.

Transport of jaws from the uve of Villefranche-Sur-Saône to the Sytraival facilities located in Quincieux and then to transport bulky from the Quincieux facilities to the UVE of Villefranche-sur-Saône.

— the treatment and upgrading of jaws from the recovery unit located in Villefranche-sur-Saône (about 15,000 t/year) and jaws that may come from outside (up to 10 000 t /year maximum);

— managing the transfer of separate selective collections to recovery or sorting centres (paper, light packagings, multi-material), being specified that the maximum authorized storage volume is 1,750 m 3;

— the sorting and grinding of waste material being specified that the maximum allowable tonnage is 10 000 t/year, or 40 t/day;

— the transport of the residual fraction of bulky, not taken over by the holder of Lot 1, from the Quincieux facilities to the EVU located in Villefranche-sur-Saône.
