The purpose of the contract is the assignment of the service “RCA Insurance Coverage for the performance of the Manager's Activity within the “Falcone Borsellino” Airport of Palermo — Punta Raisi”.

The methods of the service are specified in the “Special Specifications” that can be downloaded at the web address: https://portaleappalti.gesap.it together with the tender documentation.

The insurance has effect in relation to the services and activities carried out by the Insured Party at Palermo airport described and regulated in the special agreement stipulated with ENAC - National Authority for Civil Aviation, with the exception of ground handling services, aircraft, passengers, baggage referred to in Annex A of Legislative Decree no. 18 of 13 January 1999, carried out by companies other than Insured, at the Falcone Borsellino Airport in Palermo Punta Raisi. This includes damages resulting from the goods handling activity carried out by the Insured. The insurance also applies to damages arising from the neligent acts of persons to whom the insured person must be liable pursuant to art. 2049 of the Civil Code.
