The Amsterdam Transport Region wishes to conclude a framework agreement with one contractor who can meet the need for hiring staff. It is expected to be primarily about functions that focus on business/secondary processes (finance, communications, legal, HR, staff functions). The need for external hiring is inherently dynamic. The size of the Assignment is estimated at around €2,000,000 (excluding VAT) per year, total (including any renewals) is the size of the contract up to €8,000,000 (excluding VAT). The size mentioned is intended as an indication only. The Contractor cannot derive any rights from this in any way. The Contracting Authority has no purchase obligation and does not provide a turnover guarantee.
