An AES Corporation subsidiary in Europe, AES Kilroot Power Station is seeking a contractor to provide the services to perform replacement of all low NOx burners on the boiler.

A low NOx burner comprises a coal pipe which has a coal dispersal device (rope breaker unit) fitted internally on the upstream side and which has fitted a nozzle assembly on the downstream side, which includes an outer nozzle, an inner nozzle and a scarf plate.

Works on site to include:

— Oil burners removal.

— Low NOx Burner Removal.

— Burner Compartment Repairs.

— Low NOx Burner Installation.

— Low NOx Burner Commissioning.

— Flap Valve Setup.
